I, the undersigned, irreversibly grant to the El Dorado Stake and its related entities (collectively "the Stake"), the full right to record images, video, audio, stories, performances, and any other recordings, documents, or materials, of my name, image, voice, likeness, information, or performance (collectively called “Recordings”) related to my participation in this event. I authorize the Stake to adapt, edit, translate, summarize, reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, post or stream such Recordings on the El Dorado Stake web site and in images, audio, video or other media produced by the Stake, now and in the future, in any form that the Stake believes suitable. I agree that I shall have no right, title, or interest in or to the Recordings or to any work comprising or based on the Recordings, in whole or in part, and that all right, title, and interest in and to the Recordings belongs to the Stake. I waive all right to compensation related to the Recordings. I further agree to release, defend, and hold the Stake harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the Recordings or the Stake's use of them. I understand this Release is governed by the laws of the State of California. *

I further agree to indemnify and defend the Stake against all liabilities relating to the Youth’s actions in connection with the Recordings or the Stake's use of them. *
